She tries using a vaporizing spray with sulfur springs or sulfur water to keep you well hydrated if you need to refresh between washes.



4. GET REGULAR HAIR MASSAGES

Sweat, sand, and dirt can build up at the hair roots and lead to significant hair loss. A mild shampoo and daily hair wash will help. Once every two weeks, a head massage can also help improve scalp health, promote blood flow, and revive you after a hard day in polluted air. Use olive or almond oil in winter and coconut or mustard oil in summer.
