Meghan Markle is 41 years old but looks half her age due to her radiant skin. Sharin Shafer of skin influencer spoke exclusively to Express.co.uk about skin treatments the Duchess of Sussex could benefit from.

In an interview with Best Health in 2015, Meghan said: “As I get older, my approach to aging is quite different.
“I make sure to take care of my skin and my body, especially with the working hours that I have.”
This is when Meghan worked long hours as an actress: The Duchess rose to fame in the early 2000s when she played the role of Rachel Zane in Suits.
One of Meghan’s anti-aging secrets is to make sure to get facials and massages. “I swear it works, no matter how dumb you feel,” she told Birchbox in 2014, referring to a facial routine developed by esthetician Nicola Joss.
He added, “The day I do it, my cheekbones and jawline are so much more sculpted.” After doing her facial exercises and hydrating, Meghan usually puts on a little makeup.
Instead of foundation, use primer. In 2017, she discussed using Laura Mercier Illuminating Primer, which is available for £17 from Cult Beauty. “I don’t wear foundation unless I’m filming, so this is what I put on every day after moisturizer to give my skin a dewy glow,” Meghan said.

She also makes sure to take care of her lips, she praises a lip balm called Fresh Sugar Advanced Therapy Treatment, which contains sea fennel and orange extracts.
